Within 14 days of receiving your item, you have the option to cancel your order. You have 14 days from the date of cancellation to return the item or items. Before returning items, always get in touch with our customer service department at sales@muurkexperts.com; if you don't, your return could not be approved. 

We are going to refund your money for the order if you exercise your right to cancel within 14 days, but shipping charges will not be covered. The money will be returned to the card you used to make the purchase or to the same payment method.

You are required to cover the cost of return postage if you decide to return your items more than 14 days after you got the delivery. We will, of course, pay for the costs if we are at fault.
